New Service Portal: 

We are now using a new ticketing system for easier access for our clients. Click here to go to the new server request site. 

How to log onto the new service portal:

1. Go to the following site: https://anchortechsolutions.on.spiceworks.com/portal/registrations 

2. Then enter you email

3. A link will be sent to your email, click on the link in the email and that will sign you into the portal.

4. You will be able to see all your current, and previousley submitted service requests. 

5. If you would like to submit a new request then you can click on the top right corner and click "Submit a ticket"
